Announcing the ICON Collective Women’s Scholarship

The ICON Collective Women’s Scholarship was established to support women pursuing entrepreneurial careers in music production.

At ICON Collective, we have a responsibility to nurture a positive and inclusive environment for our students. With so many graduates shaping the industry, we’re committed to extending opportunities to those whose talents have been historically excluded, despite being absolutely vital to the collective consciousness.

Moreover, we’re humbled by the women in our Collective who are unfazed by the status quo. We are also inspired by those who continue to create with authenticity and fearlessness; those who are paving their path and giving the world something it desperately needs: their voice.

With this in mind, we are proud to announce the first-ever Women’s Scholarship to ICON Collective’s Los Angeles program.

One recipient will receive a $19,000 scholarship towards ICON’s Los Angeles Music Production Program and a $1,000 Gear Grant sponsored by the Nap Girls.

Applying is easy! Submit two original compositions and a short video about yourself, your music, and how this scholarship will help you reach your goals. The Woman’s Scholarship application submission deadline is August 17, 2018.
